David Hauser – Driver

  • 2017: Champion of the Benelux GT & Prototype Challenge on a Ligier LMP3 (4 overall wins and 11 podiums)
  • 2016: Luxembourgish Hill Climb championship: overall winner – three wins and one new track record
  • 2015: First complete season of the FIA European Hillclimb Championship – 5th place in the general classification with 3 group wins. Victory of the European Hillrace Eschdorf
  • 2014: Races of the FIA European, Luxembourgish and French Hill Climb championships on a Wolf GB08F1 – two 3rd places and bronze medalist & best youngster at the FIA Hill Climb Masters
  • 2013: Races of the FIA European, Luxembourgish and French Hill Climb championships on a Dallara GP2/08 SRE – one 2nd and three 3rd places. Win of the Luxembourgish championship and “Driver of the Year” award
  • 2012: Races of the FIA European, Luxembourgish and German Hill Climb championships on a Dallara GP2/08 SRE – two wins and one new track record
  • 2011: French Hill Climb championship on a Formula 3. 8 class wins out of 8 races and 6 new F3 track records – Win of the OPEN and ESPOIR challenges. Meeting of the British circuit F3-Cup – one win and one 2nd place at Spa-Francorchamps

Gary Hauser – Driver

  • 2015: Intensive year of physical preparation in order to prepare for a season of Endurance races
  • 2014: Vice-champion of the FIA BossGP championship on a Dallara GP2/08 (only 12 of 16 races done – 9 overall wins) - Lap record of Mugello's circuit (Italy)
  • 2013: Champion of the BossGP championship on a Dallara GP2/08 – 5 pole positions, 5 fastest laps, 7 podiums and 5 overall wins
  • 2012: 4 races in the BossGP and Interserie championships on a Dallara GP2/08 – 4 podiums and 2 victories
  • 2011: Meeting of the British F3-Cup – 2 podiums at Spa-Francorchamps. Convincing tests on an ORECA FLM sport-prototype.
  • 2008 - 2010: German Formula 3 championship (ATS-Cup). A lot of Top 10 and Top 5 results

Charles Molinier – Chief mechanic

  • April 2008- today: Chief Mechanic at Racing Experience (Wormeldange/Luxembourg)
  • 1st chassis mechanic on Dallara GP2 cars, Wolf GB08F1 and Ligier LMP3. Responsible for the setup of the cars and as well for all the important mechanical works.
  • July 2006-March 2008: Engine mechanic at Renault Sport F1 (Viry Châtillon/France)
  • Assembly and disassembly of F1 engines.
  • September 2003-July 2004: Mechanic trainee at Onze Mille Tours (Brétigny sur Orge/France)
  • Help the 1st mechanic to set up the cars before, during and after the races.

Jennifer Marcon, Mechanic

  • 2013-today: Jennifer has become a permanent member of Racing Experience. She is today responsible for the brake bleeding procedure, verifying the tightening torque of the wheels and chassis parts and for the fuel quantity. On the race weekends, she also changes tires and helps Charles to operate works on the gearbox and on the engine. During pitstops, she controls the driver's visibility and helps that the driver changes happen fast and successfully.
  • 2011: When her sister Mélanie started her first internship in 2011, Jennifer's engagement in the team's activities became more and more important. Chief mechanic Charles started to train her and she got introduced to correctly cleaning parts and checking lubricants.
  • 2010: Jennifer first came to Racing Experience during a race weekend of the german ATS-F3 Cup. At this occasion, she got to know the team members and developed a strong interest for motorsports.
 

Mélanie Marcon – Engineer

  • 2011-today: Data Engineer at Racing Experience. Technical skills: reliability analysis, suspension settings, driver analysis, ...
  • 2017-2018: Apprenticeship in the engine tuning department within the Technical Center of Renault in Lardy, France. Missions: development of a dynamic DoE experience plan (track tests + DoE creation on ASCMO), data analysis of engine bench and vehicle tests on different confidential matters
  • February 2018: International exchange of two months at the University of Chiba (Japan) in a research laboratory. Subject: New turbocharger system on a gasoline engine
  • Summer 2016: Four-month engineering internship at Renault within the Technical Center of Renault in Lardy, France. Missions: optimization of the driving pleasure service on a hybrid GMP, data analysis of engine bench tests, competition analysis
  • Summer 2014: Two-month internship at Renault Sport F1 in the control / metrology department. Missions: control and validation of engine parts, writing of non-compliance reports and control procedures
  • Summer 2013: Two-month internship at Racing Experience at the workshop and on the race weekends. Scanning and analysis of telemetry data. Determination of the car setup
