06-2015 – FIA EHC 6, Limanowa (PL)
As we could not participate in the race at Ecce Homo due to the electronic problems on our Wolf GB08F1, we are now ready to travel to Poland, place of the fifth round of the FIA European championship. Although performing well over the whole weekend on this unknown track, David was unlucky with the weather / tire lottery. Although it had been dry until the very last moment before the start, small rain drops started to fall, then stopped again. Together with Racing Experience, he decided to stay on slicks, a difficult choice. After a brilliant first sector, he unfortunately discovered at around 2/3 of the track that the track changed from complete dry into full wet. He still managed to go to the finish line and secure a fourth overall place, 2nd in class. Next round, Trento-Bondone in Italy!
